What are 3D renderings and how are they used?

It can be as simple as a few primitive shapes or as complex and detailed as the world around you. Nearly anything that exists in the real world can be modeled and studied using VR. 3D renderings allow you to see the exterior or interior of a building. A model of a building's exterior provides you a sense of mass, proportion, color and texture relative to its surroundings. These renderings are often used in the marketing of a project or development and have assisted in the fundraising process.
